Job summary

Enable Works in Glasgow is seeking an Employment Coordinator to support people facing barriers to work in securing high-quality, well-paid jobs. You will coordinate with clients, employers, and colleagues to provide personalised guidance, manage caseloads, and help clients progress toward sustainable employment.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, IT literacy, and the ability to work independently in a busy team.
