Job summary

Enable Works in Inverness is seeking an Employment Coordinator to support people facing barriers to work and help them secure well paid, sustainable employment. You will work with clients to identify skills and opportunities, set goals, and progress towards lasting employment while collaborating with local employers to create inclusive opportunities.

The role requires a confident communicator, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own workload.

• Maintain accurate records and monitor client progress.
