You will coordinate with clients, employers, and colleagues to provide personalised guidance, manage caseloads, and help clients progress toward sustainable employment.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, IT literacy, and the ability to work independently in a busy team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks.
• Confident communicator with attention to detail.
• IT literacy and comfortable working with digital tools.
• Full driving licence required for on-site visits.
• Knowledge of the local community.
