Job summary

Enable Works in Glasgow is seeking an Employment Coordinator to support people with barriers to work, helping them progress toward well-paid, sustainable employment. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, set goals, and provide guidance on available resources and pathways to employment.

You will manage your own workload, communicate effectively with clients and partners, and build professional relationships to help participants achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Good IT literacy and ability to work towards targets.

Your role, as an Employment Coordinator is to provide support to people who have barriers to work to make progress towards and achieve well paid, sustainable employment.
