Your role as an Employment Coordinator is to support individuals with barriers to work, helping them make progress towards and achieve well-paid, sustainable employment. Working as part of our All in Dundee programme, you will meet people in their local communities across Dundee to provide support.

Enable Works is the leading specialist provider of employability services for people facing employment barriers. We believe every person in Scotland has the right to work in a high-quality and well-paid job.

We support over 7000 people annually across 32 Local Authorities to develop skills for work.
