Employment Consultant
Salary £28,000.00 per annum

As an Employment Consultant, you will support clients in enrolling on Twin's employability and skills programmes, offering motivational guidance to build strong, positive relationships.
You will inspire, challenge, and encourage individuals in achieving their career goals. You will possess outstanding customer service skills, be target-driven, and serve as a motivational adviser. You should demonstrate initiative, resilience, and the ability to solve problems independently while working under pressure.
