Are you an experienced SEND Recruitment Consultant looking to focus purely on candidate delivery in a dedicated 180 role? Want to be part of a growing, values-driven agency that puts relationships and results first?

Recruit Edge is proud to partner with a highly regarded Birmingham-based recruitment agency to find an outstanding SEND specialist. You’ll be joining a supportive, ambitious team committed to providing exceptional talent to schools and educational settings across the Midlands.

The Role:

• Specialising in the recruitment of SEND professionals (TAs, Teachers, SENCOs, etc.)
• Working closely with a dedicated sales team handling client relationships and business development
• Sourcing, vetting, and nurturing a strong pipeline of SEND candidates
• Managing the end-to-end candidate process: registration, compliance, placement, and aftercare
• Staying updated on safeguarding, market trends, and local authority requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a SEND recruiter within education recruitment (minimum 12 months)
• Strong knowledge of the SEND landscape and a genuine passion for placing the right people in the right roles
• Excellent candidate relationship management skills
• Organised, driven, and compliance-focused
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
