Position: Employment Claims Manager

An Employment Claims Manager is required to lead a successful Employment Law team of Employment Lawyers, based in Birmingham working upon a hybrid pattern, from an operational and performance perspective with responsibility for the future development of the department. Working closely with the senior management, the Senior Employment Lawyer will have:

1. Previous people management skills
2. Employment law experience
3. Strong Commercial awareness
4. Proven communications skills both verbal and written
5. Hold a legal qualification such as qualification as a solicitor or legal executive

The Employment team works on behalf of individuals across the UK advising on all aspects of Employment law and this role will require the Legal Manager to lead by example, motivating, nurturing and delivering policy and strategy to ensure continued success. The Employment Claims Manager will handle a selective number of high-quality Employment Claims through Employment Tribunal.

Salary: Circa £70,000-£85,000 + bonus + pension + flexible benefits
