Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in employment law.
• Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence handling tribunal matters independently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive with motivation and organisation.
• Interest in business development and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters.
• Handle employment tribunal litigation and advocacy prep.
• Advise employers on HR issues including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy.
• Draft contracts, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements.
• Support corporate transactions with employment due diligence.
• Advise on data protection matters.
• Collaborate with clients across sectors and contribute to BD.
