The Role

The firm are looking for an Employment Associate to join their flourishing Manchester office in the heart of the City.

You will work on a varied and interesting caseload which will cover non contentious corporate support work including contracts and policies, HR support and insurance and pricing solutions coupled with contentious tribunal related work.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Experience in high quality non contentious corporate support work, and contentious matters
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
• You will have strong business development capabilities
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme
