In this role, you'll support individuals referred through NHS Talking Therapies—those seeking guidance with employment, whether they are currently employed and facing challenges or out of work and aiming to return.

What does the role involve?

• Managing a caseload of around 35-40 clients
• Delivering approximately four one-to-one sessions per day via phone, Teams, or in person
• Supporting clients through seven structured sessions: an initial assessment followed by tailored support based on their goals
• Assisting with practical steps such as returning to work, discussing adjustments with employers, or finding suitable employment
• Supporting clients who may already be in work, focusing on sustainable outcomes aligned with mental wellbeing

Weekly rhythm:

• One day per week at the St Neots office (meeting clients and team collaboration)
• One day per week at the Peterborough NHS Community Mental Health Team office
• Approximately three days working from home (mainly Teams-based one-to-ones)
• Stakeholder meetings online every 1-2 weeks
• Quarterly team away days for connection and CPD (around 40 team members)
• Note: One role includes a monthly visit to Wisbech Jobcentre
