Get Set UK is recruiting for a role focused on building employer relationships and turning conversations into genuine employment opportunities. You will research employers, initiate discussions with decision-makers, and translate needs into vacancies while developing long-term relationships.

You will manage a pipeline, maintain CRM records, and help candidates secure starts and sustained employment. The position emphasises proactive outreach, resilience and a readiness to learn.

• Evidence of building relationships and turning conversations into actions or outcomes.
• Confidence communicating professionally by phone, online and face to face.
