Job description

In July, we secured a $200M investment led by General Atlantic to help revolutionise women’s health, and became the first purely digital consumer women’s health app to achieve unicorn status!

We’ve had 380M+ downloads, have almost 70M monthly users, are #1 by installs in the iOS Health category, hit 4.9 stars on the App Store (3M+ reviews), are backed by 9 VCs, had a 40% revenue increase last year, and topped a valuation of $1B.

We’re a growing, ambitious HealthTech business building the essential digital health partner of tomorrow to empower women, girls, and people who menstruate with the knowledge and support they need to stay well and live better.

Our cycle, ovulation and pregnancy tracking, educational content and anonymised community platform have been trusted for years by millions to help them feel more in control of their health every day.

Now, we’re harnessing the power of data analytics and AI to build a smarter future, one where we all know our bodies better, with an aim to become the essential health partner to women worldwide.

The Job

This is an exciting opportunity where you are the architect of how one of the world’s leading health tech companies is perceived by the best and brightest talent. As an Employer Branding Manager, you're not just joining a company—you’re crafting the narrative of a vibrant, innovative organization that is revolutionizing health tech globally!

You'll partner with a dynamic team across the UK, Lithuania, and the Netherlands, reporting directly to the Head of Talent. Your role is to ignite and lead a global employer branding strategy that attracts top tech and product talent and shapes an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) so compelling that it becomes the talk of the tech world!

This role is about influence, creativity, and, above all—impact. Every decision you make will be backed by data-driven insights, ensuring our message resonates with the talent we need. If you’ve ever wanted to build something truly special, this is your chance to leave your mark on a rapidly growing, purpose-driven company that’s changing lives worldwide.

This is a hybrid role based in London.

  6. Consistent delivery of complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget while effectively collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  7. Advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with deep familiarity in using tools like Jira to drive efficiency.
  8. Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic concepts, with a focus on leveraging data-driven insights to create actionable marketing initiatives.
  9. Strong proficiency in managing supplier relationships and campaign budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  10. Analytical expertise in utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Looker to extract insights and drive informed decision-making across campaigns.
