AXA UK is seeking a creative and confident individual to join their Employer Brand team. This role involves creating engaging digital content that showcases the diversity of careers within AXA, along with supporting initiatives like the AXA Ambassadors programme. Ideal candidates will have strong social media skills and a passion for enhancing the employer brand within the insurance industry.
Do you have an interest in social media? Could you help us bring to life what it’s really like to work at AXA? We’re looking for someone who’s creative, confident, and eager to learn to join our Employer Brand. You’ll help us create great digital content and challenge some of the stereotypes about the insurance industry. Most people don’t know much about AXA, and we’re on a mission to change that - we want to show people that you can have all kinds of careers at AXA, from a graphic designer to a lawyer.
The Employer Brand and Community Engagement team look after our employer brand, colleague advocacy, volunteering, charity fundraising and engagement with young people in our communities. You’ll be joining an ambitious, growing team that pushes boundaries in an industry that’s not well-known for boundary-pushing (yet)!
You’ll be willing to learn how to apply employer brand guidelines to content, social media and communications. You’ll report to the Senior Employer Brand Manager, and work closely with other teams such as Brand, Social Media, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition and the People and Culture team. You’ll also support our AXA Ambassadors programme, which encourages colleagues to be brand ambassadors.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
We know that some candidates may be discouraged from applying if they don't meet every requirement. If you’re excited by this job and the prospect of working at AXA but you’re not sure you tick every box, we’d still encourage you to apply.
What you’ll bring:
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
