Gloucestershire County Council seeks an Employer Adviser to help residents overcome barriers to work and to support employers in inclusive recruitment across Gloucestershire. You will provide 1:1 guidance, signposting and tailored in-work support to sustain employment, working with partners to deliver practical advice.

You will build relationships with employers, understand welfare policies, and promote best practices to help people stay in work.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English required for customer facing role.
• Knowledge of employment policies, welfare services and recruitment practices is advantageous.
