We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Employee Services Coordinator to join our Medical HR team.
You will provide high-quality administrative and advisory support across the employee lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact for doctors, managers and colleagues.
This role includes responding to queries on doctors’ terms and conditions, processing contractual changes, preparing employment documentation and supporting visa and immigration-related enquiries.
You will need excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy HR environment.
