Employee Relations Specialist (Financial Services)

City of London

On site 5 days a week

Salary c £60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits

We are recruiting for a leading Financial Services organisation to find an experienced Employee Relations Advisor. (FS experience is essential)

This role requires someone who has focused on Employee Relations for the last few years and not as part of HR Generalist duties.

  • You will be responsible for all employee relations matters, providing specialist employee relations, employment law, and change management advice and guidance.
  • Provide advice and support to HR business partners and personnel across key HR areas (change management, TUPE, absence management, maternity, disciplinary, performance management, grievance, and redundancy).

***Experience: Dedicated experience as an ER specialist is essential in Financial Services***

Must be able to demonstrate a high level of ER experience, including managing grievances, performance improvement, and employment tribunal cases.

Notable working knowledge of UK employment law and best practices, including TUPE transfers and collective consultation.
