Join a leading property solutions company as an Employee Relations Specialist, where you'll handle complex ER cases and provide expert advice to managers. You will develop HR policies, manage a team, and ensure compliance with employment law, all while promoting a supportive workplace culture.
Hours: 30-37.5 hours per week, permanent
Hybrid : 2-3 days per week at one of our offices: Head office (Stoke on Trent) Birmingham/Warrington/Burton on Trent. Travel to other offices when required

Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic, fast-paced industry? We’re looking for a confident and capable Employee Relations Specialist to join the Novus People Services team and take the lead in managing all our Employee Relations matters.
With a workforce of around 700 colleagues, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things ER within Novus. You will predominately be advising managers, handling sensitive and high-risk cases, and supporting the mission to make Novus a great place to work.
