We’re now seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team on a 9 month fixed-term basis with the chance for the role to go permanent. You will play a critical role in shaping employee experience and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
The Role:
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across the business. You will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases, support organisational change, and lead on a range of people projects. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone who is confident in HR best practices, employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
