Job Description:

The role

Demonstrate knowledge of key employee relations policies and interpret them to offer pragmatic, commercial advice on employee relations matters to enable stakeholders to resolve employee issues.

Experience with case management systems is preferable for recording activities; coaching can be provided, so willingness to develop these skills is desirable.

What your days will look like:
  1. Manage end-to-end disciplinary and investigation processes, including conducting witness interviews, collating findings, and producing reports. Support disciplinary chairs and employees through related procedures.
  2. Provide employee relations advice on health/wellbeing policies and practices.
  3. Handle health and wellbeing cases, including occupational health referrals and income protection activities.
  4. Manage non-complex appeals, such as disciplinary warnings appeals.
This role is for you if:

  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Have a passion for learning new technology and taking personal responsibility for staying curious about new developments.
  • Can work with multiple data sources and assimilate information quickly.

  • Remain curious and challenge existing employment policy interpretations to promote continuous improvement.
