Job summary

Flexjet in Farnborough is seeking a proactive Employee Relations Advisor to support managers and staff on a broad range of HR matters, with a strong focus on employee relations. You will deliver practical guidance, help resolve workplace issues, and ensure fair employment practices across the business.

In this role, you will conduct investigations, prepare documentation, and work with the HR team to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR advisory/employee relations role.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and ER principles.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards).

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters.
• Support and investigate employee relations cases (absence, performance, disciplinary, grievances).
• Prepare documentation for formal meetings and outcome letters.
• Monitor progress of cases and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to HR policies, engagement, wellbeing, and development projects.
• Assist with HR initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
