Role - ER Manager

Contract - 14-month FTC Maternity Cover

Location - Sussex (2 days office, 3 days from home)

Salary - Circa £60,000 + Bonus and benefits

Alexander Lloyd is supporting a professional SME organization in recruiting an ER Manager for a 14-month maternity cover.

This role involves a mix of strategic and operational ER work, handling a high volume of complex ER cases. The role is supported by a junior ER advisor who will report to this role and provide guidance.

The successful candidate will need experience in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing complex ER cases to resolution.

You will need:

  • Several years of experience in an ER-specific role
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Experience dealing with high-volume ER cases
  • Background in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle senior-level complex ER cases
  • Capability to manage both strategic and operational ER elements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels
  • Experience leading ER-related projects

This organization offers flexible hybrid working: 1-2 days in the office per week, with the rest from home. Candidates must be willing to attend the office as needed.

The salary is up to approximately £60,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
