Do you bring hands-on experience in Employee Relations within a professional services or corporate environment? Are you passionate about delivering commercially focused advice and support across a wide range of cases? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle a diverse caseload including grievances, disciplinaries, performance and capability matters, absence and wellbeing support, contract queries, and policy reviews.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to suit your working style. It can be fully virtual/home-based, with expectations to attend the office once a quarter—up to four times per year. Alternatively, if you prefer a hybrid working pattern, we’d be delighted to welcome applicants based near our offices in St Albans or Epsom.

This is a well-connected group of professional employment law and relations consultants, as well as qualified lawyers.
As a part of People Matters, your day will involve providing practical, hands-on advice and support on a variety of Employee Relations cases. You'll have the flexibility to work both virtually and or from the office. You'll be surrounded by a network of experienced professionals, ensuring you have the support and resources needed to excel in your role.
