St Anne's Community Services is seeking a proactive People Advisor to lead employee relations across the organisation in a full-time role. You will coach managers, partner with Trade Unions, and provide person-centred advice that balances people needs with organisational goals.

The role offers a supportive People team, generous benefits, and opportunities for development as you tackle complex cases and deliver a consultancy-style service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ER policies in a large organisation.
• Experience coaching managers and managing Trade Union relationships.
• Membership of CIPD or equivalent is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide ER advice to line managers and colleagues across the organisation.
• Coach and mentor managers to develop capability in People management.
• Engage with Trade Unions to resolve issues and support case outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and St Anne’s policies in advice and case handling.
• Deliver a consultancy-style People service to business areas and meet SLAs.
