Job summary

Impact Food Group in the UK is seeking an Employee Engagement Partner to lead the internal communications, engagement and recognition programmes across our network of schools.

You will develop and execute the communications strategy, create content across email, intranet, video and presentations, work with key stakeholders, and monitor effectiveness to continuously improve engagement and culture.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in employee/internal communications and engagement.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employee reward and engagement platforms.
  • Experience creating and delivering content across email, newsletters, intranet, video and presentations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience maintaining internal communication tools is a plus (email software, intranet).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the internal communications strategy for IFG, including key messaging, channels and tactics.
  • Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos and presentations.
  • Take ownership of Employee Engagement, Employee Recognition & Employee Comms.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent communications aligned with goals, vision and values.
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of internal communications and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to manage cascades.
  • Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and champion engagement surveys.
  • Design content and oversee DEIB communications, calendars, meetings and events.
  • Create, implement and maintain IFG’s internal communication tools.

Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Engagement Partner to join the team.

You will be responsible for IFG's Employee Engagement, Recognition and Communication programmes, working with third-party suppliers to develop and execute the internal communications strategy for Impact Food Group — ensuring operational efficiency and supporting thought leadership.

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely, relevant and effectively planned to manage volume of cascades.
  • Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive culture, including being a champion for the employee engagement survey.
  • Design content and oversee implementation for DEIB communications, cultural and wellness calendars, meetings and other events.
  • Creating, implementing and maintaining IFG’s internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, secure and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in employee/internal communications, corporate communications and employee engagement
  • Excellent writing and editing skills & Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Great working knowledge of Employee Reward & Engagement platforms
  • Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools is a plus (internal email software, intranet, etc.)
