Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Partnership Development Manager to protect and strengthen IFG's partnerships across the North of England, including Leeds and Manchester. You will work with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Food Development to maximise contract extensions and successful retentions.

  • Build trusted relationships with school leaders, Trust executives and key stakeholders.
  • Lead client engagement activity within identified retention accounts.
  • Support extension negotiations and formal tender processes.
  • Develop compelling client proposals and presentations.
  • Create bespoke engagement plans for priority Trusts.
  • Work with Marketing to produce tailored client communications, videos and promotional material.
  • Deliver innovative student and staff engagement initiatives that add value to partnerships.
  • Present at National and Regional Operations Meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure client activity is fully documented.
  • Support Operations teams with strategic client planning and relationship development.

The Role

The Partnership Development Manager is responsible for protecting and strengthening IFG's partnerships across the North of England.

Working proactively alongside Operations teams, the role ensures clients experience exceptional engagement long before any tender activity begins, helping to maximise contract extensions and successful retentions.

The role reports directly to the Director of Business Development and works collaboratively across Operations, Marketing, Finance and Food Development.

What You'll Be Doing
