Job summary

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a communications professional to support the UKI Sector Employee Communications strategy within the Marketing & Communications team. You will help staff understand their role in delivering QinetiQ's strategy and foster pride in the organisation.

You will manage sector channels, craft engaging content for blogs, intranet and social media, coordinate campaigns and events, and measure impact to inform future plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee communications.
• Experience working in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Experience managing external agencies, contractors and content producers.
• Experience editing intranet/web content and analysing web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of UKI Employee Communications strategy.
• Manage sector channels, messaging and content for announcements.
• Draft and edit communications copy for blogs, social media, website and intranet.
• Plan and deliver internal Sector events, virtual and in-person.
• Ensure content aligns with QinetiQ narrative and brand.
