Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking two Project Managers to oversee the renewal and implementation of clients onto the Gallagher Guide benefits platform. You will define objectives with consultants and clients, build detailed plans, and ensure timely delivery with strong stakeholder management.

Ideal candidates have a recognised project management qualification and proven UK experience in online or flexible benefits, with excellent client-facing and communication skills.

• Recognised Project Management qualification.
• Demonstrable project management experience in UK Online or Flexible Benefits markets.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants and clients to define project objectives and requirements.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, logs, and timelines.
• Own the project process; align stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Deliver Gallagher Guide sites for clients based on fact-find documents.
• Manage timescales and communicate changes to clients.
• Allocate resources to ensure effective project delivery.
• Respond to support queries within service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Act as main contact for scheme implementation inquiries.
• Lead Gallagher Guide renewals and new builds; plan, update tasks, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines.

You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the renewal and implementation of clients onto our cutting‑edge Gallagher Guide benefits platform, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.

How You’ll Make An Impact

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client delivery process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with consultants and clients to define project objectives and requirements.
• Building and maintaining detailed project plans, logs, and timelines.
• Taking ownership of the project process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
• Delivering Gallagher Guide sites for clients based on fact‑find documents.
• Managing timescales and communicating any changes to clients.
• Efficiently allocating resources to ensure effective project delivery.
• Responding to support queries within prescribed service levels.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Acting as the main point of contact for scheme implementation enquiries.
• Leading Gallagher Guide renewals and new builds, including planning, task updates, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Collaborating with other departments to meet project deadlines.

About You

We’re seeking individuals who are not only skilled but also passionate about delivering excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A recognised Project Management qualification.
• Demonstrable project management experience; within the UK Online or Flexible Benefits (or associated Pensions or broader Employee Benefits) industries.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• A self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach.
• The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• A willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
