Job summary

Howden is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to manage an existing portfolio of clients related to Private Medical Insurance and Group Risk, with a focus on developing business opportunities and revenue growth.

You will work within the Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing Small Business Solutions team, advising clients on employee benefits, including PMI and Group Risk, and building strong client relationships while ensuring compliance and up-to-date record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to advise on Private Medical Insurance and Group Risk benefits.
• Experience building and managing client relationships within Employee Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for SBS clients and respond promptly to queries.
• Develop client relationships and new business opportunities in the SME sector.
• Provide technical advice on policies and coordinate with insurers and colleagues.
