Join a growing, fast-paced division within a leading Employee Benefits firm. We're looking for a proactive consultant to manage and advise a portfolio of Asset Management clients (mainly SMEs), with a focus on Group Risk and Healthcare.

What you'll do:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on Group Risk, Healthcare, and broader employee benefits.
  • Manage client relationships, renewals, and policy reviews with support from a dedicated Client Services team.
  • Spot and develop new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with insurers and ensure service delivery meets high standards.
  • Stay up to date on market offerings to deliver tailored solutions.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong experience in Group Risk and/or Healthcare.
  • Knowledge of wider benefits such as Wellbeing and Pensions.
  • CII GR1 qualification preferred.
  • Clear communication, commercial awareness, and client-first mindset.
