Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Employee Benefits Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team within an award-winning Financial Services group.

With a strong reputation for agile, innovative consultancy and trusted client support, you will work with a diverse client base – from SMEs to multinational corporations – delivering tailored benefit solutions that go beyond industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients
  2. Advise on and deliver solutions across Pensions, Group Risk, Healthcare, and bespoke benefits
  3. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing
  4. Identify and secure new business opportunities
  5. Prepare client reports, tenders, and implement flexible benefit platforms
Must haves:
  1. Prior experience delivering Employee Benefits consultancy
  2. Strong knowledge of Group Risk, Healthcare and Pension markets
  3. A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent client management skills
