The role involves supporting placements, preparing market submissions, negotiating terms and renewals, and building strong client relationships while upholding FCA regulations.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience in a broking, account handling or client service environment.
• Experience supporting client accounts, renewals and insurance placements.
• Good understanding of insurance products, policy wordings and market practices.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working within FCA-regulated environments and adhering to compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Progress towards or commitment to achieving professional insurance qualifications (Cert CII).
• Experience contributing to business development, retention and growth activities.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits markets

Responsibilities

• Support the placement of risks with insurers and service providers.
• Prepare market submissions, presentations and supporting documentation.
• Negotiate policy terms, conditions and premiums.
• Produce client reports for new business and renewal terms.
• Arrange insurance cover in line with client instructions.
• Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business administration.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is issued correctly.
• Support debt management and financial administration activities.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and introducing clients to wider group services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and business partners.
