Job summary

Mercer Marsh Benefits is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join the Consulting Delivery team. The role can be based in Chichester, Birmingham or Bristol, with a hybrid setup requiring at least three days in the office each week.

You will support consulting teams by gathering and analyzing data, handling client queries, and contributing to business strategy with continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in Group Risk or healthcare.
• Strong data analysis and numeric skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting teams by gathering, organizing and analyzing data for client projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver client service.
• Handle client and member queries with SLAs in mind.
• Champion continuous improvement within the team and location.
• Develop technical and market knowledge; perform quality checks for juniors.
• Attend client meetings as required; act as a training and referral resource.
