We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at MercerMarsh Benefits. This role will be based in Bristol OR Birmingham. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

This role involves advising on insured benefits like Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, and Critical Illness, offering a great opportunity to grow your career in a leading professional services firm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting data gathering, organization, entry, and analysis for client projects
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver excellent service
  • Handling client and member queries (verbal and written)
  • Promoting continuous improvement within the team
  • Maintaining technical and market knowledge
  • Quality checking work of junior colleagues
  • Attending client meetings as needed
  • Serving as a training and technical resource for colleagues

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience in a professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
