Job summary

BMS Group seeks an experienced Employee Benefits professional to manage, retain and develop an existing portfolio of individual and micro‑SME clients, with administration support for policy and claims queries.

You will work within a collaborative team, build strong insurer relationships, deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to growth opportunities while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Benefits including Private Medical Insurance.
• Group Risk experience desirable but not essential.
• Experience in client service delivery.
• Be Cert CII qualified or agreeable to becoming qualified.

Responsibilities

• Account management for a portfolio of individual and micro-SME clients.
• Collate, analyse and present market quotations in line with client requirements.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within your market and for the wider Group.
• Deal with client queries and liaise with insurers to deliver service levels.
• Monitor insurers' performance and challenge them to resolve issues.
• Ownership of delivery of tasks and proactive workload management.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and revenue tracking for the client portfolio.
