Job summary

Capital City College in London is seeking an Employability and Progression Officer to support the Enterprise, Employability and Careers (EEC) team. You will engage with learners, external partners and curriculum staff to plan and deliver employability and progression activities, with a focus on life chances for 16-18 and 19+.

The role is a full-time, permanent position. You will contribute to data systems (MIS), improve processes, and ensure data consistency while delivering high-quality student

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Support the accurate recording of EEC team enrichment activities within the college's data systems (MIS).
