Quay View School in Bere Alston is seeking a versatile Teaching Assistant to support across key stages for students with autism (ASD) and SEMH needs. The role emphasises safeguarding, relationship-building and adaptability to individual student needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people who have social/emotional difficulties and/or challenging behaviour.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including basic ICT proficiency.
• Demonstrates high emotional availability and resilience.
