Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for a specialist SEN school in Winton, Bournemouth. Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 emotional support and small-group wellbeing sessions.
• Support pupils with Autism, anxiety and emotional regulation.
• Help pupils develop coping strategies and resilience.
• Support emotional wellbeing throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff and other professionals.
