This exceptional SEN school is seeking an enthusiastic and competent emotional and behavioural difficulties teaching assistant to support their SEN primary pupils. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with students with these needs, demonstrating proactiveness and empathy, whether in a professional or personal setting. Responsibilities include encouraging independence, assisting with daily activities, maintaining a fun and supportive classroom presence, and remaining calm and resilient in challenging situations.
This is a full-time, long-term role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The position offers weekly pay and an opportunity to develop skills within a welcoming, well-structured team. Salary ranges from £93 to £105 daily, depending on experience.
