Pullman London St Pancras is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to assist the Executive Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation. You will help supervise staff, monitor costs, ensure food quality, and drive service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you will participate in menu planning, training, and staffing, while upholding safety, hygiene, and Pullman policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Head Chef in supervising all kitchen staff to ensure quality and profitability.
• Contribute to menu planning and pricing in line with market needs and costs.
• Oversee daily production, presentation, hygiene, and safety in line with hotel policies.
• Support training and development of kitchen employees.
