Job summary

Morgan Stanley in London is seeking an Emerging Markets Repo Trader – Associate to join the Fixed Income Division. You will trade EM Repo products, act as market maker, and develop client-facing market commentary.

The role requires a quantitative STEM degree and strong modelling skills, with exposure to risk analytics, P&L management and collaboration across NY/HK desks. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Quantitative bachelor’s degree in STEM subjects.
• Experience with language models / ML is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of Fixed Income products, IR and Repo markets.
• Ability to develop trading and risk models and present ideas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Trade Emerging Markets Repo products as primary responsibility.
• Act as market maker for EM Repo and hedge positions.
• Create and distribute market information, trade ideas and commentary daily.
• Manage daily P&L reporting and perform quantitative valuation and modelling.
