You will collaborate across the firm, mentor talent, and drive investment dialogue while maintaining rigorous risk controls and fiduciary standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Emerging Markets fixed income with meaningful asset ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to scale risk across market environments.
• Strong investment philosophy and repeatable idea-generation process.

Responsibilities

• Manage a discretionary Emerging Markets fixed income alpha sleeve within Global Macro.
• Generate differentiated EM fixed income ideas aligned with area of expertise.
• Contribute to Global Macro investment dialogue and firmwide discussions.
• Partner with sales and client teams to grow assets and strengthen client relationships.
• Mentor high-potential investment talent within the team.
