Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 10+ years of relevant investment experience in Emerging Markets fixed income, with experience managing meaningful assets and an attributable investment track record.
• Demonstrated ability to scale risk across market environments.
• A strong investment philosophy and repeatable process for idea generation, decision-making, portfolio construction and risk management.
• Deep expertise within Emerging Markets fixed income, which may include sovereign, corporate, local markets, rates, currencies or related credit strategies.
• A fiduciary mindset and relentless focus on client outcomes, with the highest levels of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
• A self-reflective mindset and commitment to continuous improvement in both skills and decision-making.
• Strong academic credentials, ideally including a postgraduate or professional qualification.
