Job summary

Exact IT Resources is seeking a Junior Project Manager with Agile delivery experience for an office-based role in Northern Ireland. The role combines Project Management and Scrum Master responsibilities to guide teams from discovery through the full agile delivery lifecycle.

Applicants should have proven PM or Scrum Master experience in agile environments, be capable of leading early-phase activities, and hold Agile certifications or training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Manager and/or Scrum Master within an agile delivery environment.
• Ability to lead discovery or early-phase project activities.
• Experience supporting teams through the full agile delivery lifecycle.
• Some formal Agile training or certification (AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through the Discovery Phase and full agile delivery lifecycle.
• Support successful delivery of projects as PM/Scrum Master.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to empower the delivery process.
