Job summary
Hisense UK is seeking a commercially driven Emerging Channels Sales & Operations Manager to grow SDA across new retail channels such as TikTok Shop, D2C and Affiliate Marketing. This hands-on role blends sales, ecommerce operations, digital marketing, channel development and performance management.
You will own channel P&L, develop strategies, coordinate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Supply Chain, and drive traffic, conversion and profitability through data-driven decision making and strong
Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce or emerging retail channels.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and achieving targets.
- Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Own the SDA sales across TikTok Shop, D2C, Affiliate and other emerging channels.
- Develop and execute channel strategies, sales plans and promotions to meet revenue targets.
- Lead the commercial development and day-to-day operation of TikTok Shop for SDA.
- Develop affiliate marketing programmes and recruit partners to drive incremental traffic and sales.
- Oversee end-to-end operational requirements of emerging channels with cross-functional teams.
