Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Newly Qualified Architect in Bradford to join a respected RIBA chartered practice delivering commercial projects from inception to completion. You will develop planning schemes, construction drawings and detailed specifications while coordinating with consultants and the project team.

The role requires ARB registration or imminent eligibility, UK practice experience, and proficiency with ArchiCAD; Revit and AutoCAD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARB registration is required.
• Post-Part 3 or recently qualified experience in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience working on RIBA Stage 4.
• Experience working on projects within the commercial sector.
• Excellent drawing and design skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Bradford area.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver a range of commercial projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare and develop planning schemes through to detailed construction drawings.
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages.
• Ensure the high-quality delivery of drawing packages.
• Coordinate with consultants and contribute to project team meetings.
