Ideal candidates have a Degree in Architectural Technology and experience with Revit and AutoCAD; ArchiCAD is desirable. The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary, and professional development

Qualifications

• Degree within Architectural Technology.
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD is desirable.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience working on commercial sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver on a range of commercial projects.
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications.
• Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion.
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved.
