Criterion Capital Ltd. is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant progressing towards ARB accreditation. You will work with the Project Lead to develop skills on hotel conversion projects, supported by acquisitions and operations teams to understand development, construction and operation contexts.

The role emphasizes learning in design, drafting, and technical input across a range of projects, with autonomy under supervision and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an architectural assistant.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, drafting, technical input at all stages on a range of projects.
• Undertake required job administration under the project lead.
• Assist with appointment of consultants.
• Coordinate the design to ensure cost effectiveness and buildability.
• Liaise with design team and in-house constructions/hotel-resi operations teams.
• Follow Health and Safety and Quality Assurance procedures.
