Responsibilities

• Handle emergency calls, fire alarms and unplanned occurrences.
• Provide a calm, competent switchboard service in a busy environment.
• Cover for holidays and sickness as part of 24/7 shifts.
• Prioritise callers and derive relevant information.
• Work as part of a team and maintain high service quality.
