Job summary

Alford Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Technician to deliver rapid response and professional restoration services across residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage.

You will perform emergency response, damage assessment, equipment setup, demolition, and monitor drying progress, ensuring work meets industry standards and company procedures. This role requires physical stamina and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in water, fire, mold, or storm restoration preferred.
• Ability to operate restoration equipment safely.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver[s] license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency losses and perform mitigation services.
• Inspect and assess water damage using moisture detection equipment.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, scrubbers).
• Remove standing water and damaged materials; perform controlled demolition as needed.
• Communicate restoration steps and status to customers clearly.
